Production Sound Mixer specializing in Film and Television production.

Phillip worked up the ranks from Sound Utility and Boom Operator beginning in 1988, and a Production Sound Mixer since 1999. He is a Governor of the Sound Mixing peer group at the Television Academy, the Treasurer of IATSE Local 695 and a board member and former Vice President of the Cinema Audio Society.  Phillip’s resume shows a wide range of work in Feature Film, Television and Streaming. He recently completed production of the 2nd season of The Old Man for FX/Hulu starring Jeff Bridges and John Lithgow and is currently in production of an Untitled Project for Apple TV+ created by Vince Gilligan..

He has garnered 3 wins and over 20 nominations for EMMY, CAS, AMPS, TEC and OFTA awards. Winning the CAS Award for Achievement in Sound Mixing for Better Call Saul in 2023, the Emmy for Sound Mixing for Glee in 2010, and the OFTA in 2013 for American Horror Story.
